Driven by a passion for evidence-informed decision-making and meaningful collaboration, after 13 years of civil service work, graduate level teaching, grant writing, and research publication, Rachel decided to leverage her expertise and pursue consulting services. Her goal is to build capacity in clients using an asset-based approach to achieve sustainable and effective health and social change with transformational programs, policies and systems.  As a life-long learner, Rachel has assembled a team of consultants who offer synergistic skills to enhance her own. It is with great pride that she launches Starling Strategic Consulting. 

As a seasoned public health expert and educator, Tara possess a wide range of skills in various fields such as project management, communications, content creation, community mobilization, research and analysis, marketing, creative design, critical thinking, and problem solving.

Tara's passion for research, analysis, and evidence-informed decision-making has driven her work for over ten years. She is well-versed in behaviour change theories and the impact that they can have on program and policy development. 

Her unique blend of skills and experience allows her to bring innovative solutions to every project. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that meets each client's specific needs.

With an extensive background in critical care nursing, nurse-led research, community partnership building, rural health promotion, and clinical quality and regulatory standards, Adrienne possesses a wealth of expertise garnered over a decade of clinical and community work.
